ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be 13 years or older.

Open to high school students only.

Must be a member of Telsem (Telegram-based).

Teams must consist of 3–4 members.

All projects must be original—no plagiarized content or prewritten code.

You may not use code written prior to the start of the hackathon.

Projects must be submitted on time through Devpost.
-
Submissions must be in English.
-
Participants must be registered through Devpost and the Telsem registration form.

You must follow the MLH Code of Conduct.
PROJECT & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Projects must be started and completed within the hackathon window (July 11–13, 2025).

You can build anything—a website, mobile app, tool, game, or design prototype.

Your submission must include:

A project title and detailed description
-
A demo video (maximum 3 minutes, uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo)

A link to your code/design (GitHub, Figma, etc.)

Late submissions will not be accepted.

JUDGING CRITERIA & WINNER SELECTION
Projects will be evaluated based on:

Creativity & Originality – Is the idea fresh or creatively reimagined?

Impact – Does it address a real-world problem or community need?
-
Execution – How well is the solution implemented and functional?
-
Presentation – Is the explanation and demo clear and engaging?
-
Technical Challenge – Is the project ambitious for the team’s experience level?
Judging will be conducted by a panel of invited professionals and Telsem community members. Winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on July 13, 2025.
